SEABROOK VILLAGE RETIREMENT CAMPUS Tinton Falls, New Jersey
Size & Type of Project - Fast Track Seabrook Village is a new, self-contained retirement complex consisting of residential buildings and supporting infrastructure on a 98-acre campus. The residential buildings are clustered in two neighborhood units. Neighborhood One & Neighborhood Two have four residential buildings each. Each neighborhood has its own 50,000 SF community center. The buildings are interconnected by either air conditioned links or bridges, depending upon terrain and site conditions. The campus also has one community chapel. Typical residential buildings vary from four to seven stories. The total gross framed area of new construction is approximately 1,172,000 square feet. Residential buildings utilize one of two structural framing schemes – either light gage steel studs supporting composite concrete decks or structural steel columns and beams supporting composite decks. Residential roofing was constructed of pre-engineered timber trusses.
Scope of Services
Key MCE personnel include Mr. Mike Moran, P.E. (Quality Assurance Principal), Mr. Lawrence Nagielski, P.E. (Principal-in-Charge), Mr. Arvind Parikh, P.E. (Senior Project Structural Engineer) Mr. Gary Erhlich, P.E. (Project Structural Engineer) and Mr. Shannon Doherty (Chief CAD Draftsman). The construction cost was approximately $200 Million.
