The center serves the Philadelphia and center New Jersey markets. It consists of approximately 732,000 SF of new retail construction with primary anchors including Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Wegmans and Costco. Design work commenced in 2003 and proceeded in a phased manner. Construction was completed in 2005. MCE Role Meyer Consulting Engineers Corporation is functioned as the Structural Engineer of Record for the bulk of the new construction including the Bed Bath & Beyond, Sports Authority, Golf Galaxy and Food Court. The primary framing materials are structural steel columns and beams, steel joists and lightgage studs. Design work was phased based on leasing requirements. Key MCE personnel included Michael A. Moran, III, P.E. (Principal Project Structural Engineer) and Sanjoy Bose, P.E. (Senior Project Structural Engineer). Back to Past Projects
